Safety

Our products bring adults together to meet and talk. That comes with a duty we take seriously. Caviyard, Inc. operates a zero-tolerance program against child sexual abuse and exploitation, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation of any kind. This page sets out the standards we hold and the action we take.

Our commitment

Safety is a permanent surface for us, not a feature. We build detection, reporting, and enforcement into every product, and we resource a trust and safety team to act on what those systems surface. The goal is simple. Our products are for consenting adults, and there is no place in them for the abuse or exploitation of anyone.

Adults only and age verification

Our products are for people aged eighteen and over. We require users to confirm they are adults, and we use age verification signals and, where appropriate, identity verification to enforce this.

Any account we identify as belonging to a person under eighteen is terminated, and the associated data is handled in line with our privacy and legal obligations. Attempts to circumvent age verification, or to facilitate a minor's access to our products, result in immediate removal and, where the conduct is criminal, a report to the authorities.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes any content, contact, grooming, solicitation, or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor.

We use a combination of automated detection, including hash matching against known CSAM, behavioral signals, and human review to find this material and conduct. When we identify CSAM or CSAE, we remove it, terminate the accounts involved, preserve evidence as the law requires, and report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with their investigations.

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child on any Caviyard product, report it immediately using the in-product reporting tools or write to safety@caviyardcorp.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Anti-human-trafficking and anti-exploitation

We prohibit human trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual services, coercion, and any attempt to use our products to recruit, control, advertise, or profit from another person against their will.

We train our trust and safety team to recognize the signals of trafficking and exploitation, we act on credible reports, and we preserve and refer information to the National Human Trafficking Hotline, law enforcement, and other competent authorities where the law allows or requires it. Accounts involved in this conduct are permanently removed.

Other prohibited conduct

Beyond the categories above, we do not allow harassment, threats, hate, the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, or any behavior that puts another person at risk. Our community standards within each product describe these rules in product-specific detail.

Reporting, enforcement, and cooperation

Every product gives people a way to block and report. Reports route to trained reviewers who can warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account, and who escalate serious matters for legal review.

We cooperate with law enforcement, NCMEC, anti-trafficking organizations, and other authorities, including responding to valid legal process and making proactive reports where we are permitted or required to. Questions about our safety program can be sent to safety@caviyardcorp.com.
